We want you to be happy with Franchise HQ. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team through the in-app support channels and we will help coordinate your refund with Paddle.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the paid billing period. If you cancel within the 30-day window of your initial purchase or renewal, you may request a refund for that charge.

Free Trial

If you started with a free trial and cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
